Is this production software?
The standard sprint delivers a working pilot designed to validate value quickly. If you want to run it in production, we extend it into a Production Lite version with auth, monitoring, error handling and support.
What can be built in 5 days?
One focused workflow: lead research, email classification, CRM automation, a RAG bot, a report generator or a Slack assistant.
What cannot be built in 5 days?
A full SaaS, marketplace, mobile app, complex multi-user platform or enterprise-grade system.
Who owns the code?
You do. Full source code and the repository are handed over at the end of the sprint.
What if the pilot doesn't work on our data?
That's what the scope call is for — if your workflow doesn't fit a 5-day sprint, I'll tell you before we start, not after. And if the agreed success criteria aren't met by the end of the sprint, I keep iterating within the agreed scope at no extra cost until they are.
Do you work hourly?
Usually no. The main offer is fixed-price and fixed-scope, which keeps the project focused.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Usually yes — Slack, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Gmail, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, n8n, internal APIs and custom databases.
